Our Story

Canter Banter Racing was co-founded by Katie Croft and David Fehily, both immersed in the wonderful world of horse racing. It all started with a dream of bringing the thrill of owning a racehorse to all walks of life, at an affordable price.

David has spent his life in and around racing, having ridden in many races himself in his home country of Ireland, where racing is steeped in history. With plenty of experience under his belt, he moved to England in 2010, where his knowledge of the horse racing world has gone from strength to strength.

Katie travelled the world at an early age, gaining incredible experiences along the way, spending her teenage years in America and finally returned to the UK when she was 17. On returning to the UK, Katie was fortunate enough to join world renowned horse racing trainer, Nicky Henderson’s and hasn’t looked back since.

Racing is a way of life we enjoy every minute.
