Spring Note Aims To Make It For 4/4 At Newbury
It’s a busy Saturday in the world of horse racing, and the Canter Banter National Hunt syndicate is heading to Chepstow. Either Or will take her place in the DragonBet Born From The Betting Ring Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at 1.10 pm, with Paul O’Brien on board, who’s currently operating at a 25% strike rate.
Eight head to post in an open, competitive race, in which she’ll have every chance. Casa No Mento currently heads the market for the Twiston-Davies team, with Either Or second favourite.
She’ll carry a penalty for her win at Warwick earlier in the season. That race has worked out quite nicely, with second-placed Victoria Milano and fourth-placed Lightening Mahler having won since.
Of course, she’ll be looking to put her last run at Sandown behind her. We’ve given her a nice break, as she wasn’t quite right afterwards, so that certainly wasn’t her showing on the day.
Check out a little video of her most recent schooling session at Seven Barrows at the bottom of the post.
We’re delighted that a lot of our owners will be joining us at the Welsh course today for their Grand National Party Raceday. It’s another fantastic course for our owners to experience, and hopefully, we’ll get to sample the Winner’s Enclosure too.
Come and say hello if you spot any of us in the Canter Banter merchandise!
If you want to be part of the action and own a share in a racehorse, you’ll be excited to learn that we have shares in Either Or’s sister available. Either Way is also with Nicky Henderson, and she’s currently getting ready for her first run. There are still a few shares left for anyone who wants to get involved and be part of a friendly, successful horse racing syndicate. Simply contact Katie on +44 7946129086 or racing@canterbanterracing.co.uk for more information.
